Petr Procházka has a broad interest in bird ecology and behaviour, often using migratory birds as a model group when seeking answers to various questions related to their mobile lifestyle. His investigations range from detailed autecological or behavioural studies to full-annual and large-scale studies. In HABITRACK, he is in charge of studying the carry-over effects of environmental conditions at wintering grounds and spring stopovers on the subsequent breeding performance.
